MY VILLAGE - SHIVPURI

This is sunil mane. From india-maharashtra.

In this blog I share about my Village. Guys my Village name is SHIVPURI. Shivpuri means-

Shiv- in marathi शिव. means, the tag name of lord mahadev. And puri means, notation of specific area. In this my Village, all residents are vegetarians. Bacause have the lord mahadev temple at the entry point of village..

This temple is ancient. This temple have scenic environment. And it is identity of my Village.

In this my Village,People of three castes live.

Hindu-maratha.

Hindu-jangam

Hindu-jain.

Population of my Village is 1500-2000 meanwhile. In February-march we celebration like in marathi called यात्रा. This celebration lasts for 4 to 5 days. These days many people come to seek God's blessing.
